the 2 left tips are dummies…its designed like that for better backpressure/sound/power…
i have it on my m3 and i love it.. my personal opinion its the best exhaust for the M3. expecialy the sound is music to my ears..on the other hand im drivin a cabrio so im hering its full potential.

Only thing about this exhaust that ***** is that the passenger side tips are fakes

ummm… actually i wouldnt **** on myself… I have an m3 with a Active Blower pushing 505 hp so this to me would actually do the opposite…. Knock me into a deep sleep or just bored the fu**ken life out of me!

well… when i changed my exhaust i also installed SS headers and Racing Cats… Then whenever the Cats warmed up the check engine light would come up… When i scanned the ECU Catalytic ineffiency on Banks 1 and 2 were triggering my check engine light… But if u just change the exhaust u shouldnt have a check engine…

4cy/6cy/8cy all have different sounds. Some you cant differentiate? Especially a BMW they have and unique sound for there cars

The only reason why am not doing this exhaust is bc of the fken noise… Seriously if u didnt know what was coming down the block and you heard a noise like that…Wouldnt u think it was a Honda Civic… Seriously now!

there are no mufflers that make 8hp for the e46 m3, its pretty much a cosmetic mod. izzy doesnt know ****.

yeah it’s common sense, a straight flow design will yield a more free flowing exhaust. Izzy from dinan told me that this design produced an additional 8hp vs any quad tip muffler they tried. sounds great too

Read the Dinan White Papers under the FAQ tab on the dinancars dot com website and it explains why the exhaust only comes out the right side.

hi I have a 2002 m3 with dinan exhaust. When I give gas it is like there is nothing coming out of left 2 of them. It is like right 2 is working only. Is it same with yours??? thanks.
