yes it is a V8, but not BMW its a specially built JUDD engine. Google JUDD racing engines.

No its an M3 …
No its an M3 heavily modified with a v8 build by Judd Racing in England. His name is Georg Plaza and he runs it in hillclimbing events. There’s several other videos of this car on youtube.
